San Diego International Airport Parking

San Diego Airport provides separate parking facilities in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. It is open 24/7.

Paying with a Credit Card will be more convenient for customers, but cash payments are also accepted at both facilities. Rates include taxes and fees.

Finally, it is ideal to take a picture with your phone of the number/letter on the pole closest to your parking spot to help you remember your parking location when returning to the airport.

Terminal 1 (T1) Parking

Terminal 1 Parking is an ideal choice for your quick city breaks, weekend getaways, or business trips. Take advantage of convenient terminal parking and be on your way.

As of this update, the T1 parking plaza is under construction. Parking capacity will be reduced to 500 spaces beginning January 2022. Passengers planning to park at the airport are advised to make reservations to park in the T2 Parking Plaza (T2PP).

Customers in the T2PP area may ride the free Terminal Loop Shuttle that runs between T1 and T2. Parking shuttles are free of charge.

All exit lanes are automated. You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club at the automated exit lanes or payment kiosks. If paying cash, you must use a kiosk.

Terminal 2 (T2) Parking

The Terminal 2 Parking Lot is an ideal choice for Terminal 2 passengers. The lot features covered parking and Electric Vehicle charging.

All exit lanes at T2 are automated. You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club at the automated exit lanes or payment kiosks. If you choose to pay in cash, use the parking fee kiosk.
